In line with our original mandate, we run a social enterprise that places strong emphasis on capacity building, training and career pathway for our approximative 300 permanent staff. Our growth builds on the support of recognized international experts in the areas of recipes development, process, hygiene, quality, nutrition, efficiency and service delivery. In addition to strictly adhering to national regulations, we comply with HACCP procedures and conduct microbiological food testing and analysis at the Pasteur Institute Laboratory. Besides catering services, we provide cleaning, maintenance and other services so that our customers can fully concentrate on their own businesses. Recently, we have expanded our business to Sihanoukville, Siem Reap, Bavet, Koh Rong, Kampong Speu and Mondulkiri.
